I am an Italian Bar Manager and Maitre, with a very long experience in the field.
My first language is Italian, I am speaking Spanish and English fluently, i have a basic knowledge of German and French, this give me the opportunity to offer a world-class customer service to all the guests
When i was a teenager, I was working during the week end and the long school brake for the summer in different bar and disco bar in Trieste, Italy, my home city where I learned the basic of the job.
At 17 years old I did my first expereince abroad, I went in Germany working as Bartender and Waiter. This gave me the opportunity to better understanding the implication of a seasonal job and I learnt basic German, I started to study English as well.
When I finished high school I followed my family path and I opened a small company of interior decoration, specialize in high profile private house as well as 5 stars bars and hotels. The love for the F&B never left me, so I closed the company and started to look for new opportunity in the hospitality industry.
I went to different training and courses in the best Italian Bartender and Waiter schools.
After that I moved to Andorra where I worked In a 5 stars Hotel, The Hermitage at the Glass bar as Bar Manager where I had the opportunity to develop a completely new drink menu, I learned more about wine and distillation and I contributed with my experience to the success of the bar.
Currently I’m working in Bermuda Island and the experience continue.
